Appulo LUMP: It's official now: President Mauro Di Giosa has bargained for a year under the Promotion of 'ASDEuropa grumes with Cassano Murge, a city where there was no great football for many years at the regional level.
The decision came especially after the umpteenth invasion of Vandals at the sports ground of Clot Appula, which destroyed the changing rooms, warehouse and office. Moreover, the range of Clot is awaiting the renovation of both the local and the turf.
But the main reason is the lack of economic resources necessary to the Championship promotion. The President of Josiah Mauro asked in vain the help of many local businesses to support this project, but no one has decided to collaborate.
Unfortunately there is no contractor or a consortium of people able to find the resources necessary to advance a dream called Promotion and was missing in our country for 32 years.
In any case, it is not a final farewell to the great football Lump Appula.Infatti the title of 'ASDEuropa grumes Cassano was transferred to "borrow" for a year while the work at the sports field and Appula of Clot perhaps in the hope that someone will come forward to collaborate with the old leadership.
The team that played in Cassano will continue to call ASDEuropa grumes and most likely will return in the 2010/11 season to play in our city, perhaps by opening a collaboration between the two countries, and even giving birth to a new project, named Lump-case, with the first team to Grumo Appula and the youth sector in Cassano delle Murge, or vice versa.
But everything will depend on the condition of economic level playing field and that our local entrepreneurs will be willing to invest. A day
